This case is due to different understandings about religious arguments and at the same time the application of ijtihad method. But in recent decades, especially since the seventies, you are facing a new phenomenon. A group that was somewhat familiar with the jurisprudential literature cast doubt on the teachings and rulings, This kind of doubt is more related to the identity and epistemological changes of this group than it is due to ijtihad reflections in the field of jurisprudence.
